Delivery Policy

ColourX offers free paint delivery to specific areas within the Greater Toronto Area.

• Orders placed by or before 12PM Monday – Friday will be confirmed, shipped and delivered same-day latest by 6PM.
• Orders placed after 12PM Monday – Friday will be delivered the following business day, latest by 6PM.
• Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or on a holiday will be delivered the following business day, latest by 6PM.
• If there is a problem with your order entry (e.g. incorrect colour code, incorrect product information, or incorrect delivery information) your order will be held until a ColourX Team member is able to confirm the details of your order.

For address outside of our free delivery area

• A flat rate of $50 will be added to your order.
• Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with updated timeline and tracking information. Typically orders will arrive within 5-10 business days.

*Reminder that paint is a product that can freeze. ColourX is not responsible for damaged paint products due to temperature. Customers should always ensure that the paint products can be brought inside at time of delivery. ColourX is not responsible for any lost or stolen goods after the time of delivery to customers specified address.

In-Store Pickup

Pickup your paint order from any ColourX location. A specific date and time will be provided at checkout when placing your order. Most orders are ready within 2 hours when placed during a locations operating hours. This service is based on the store hours of each individual location, check store hours here. For all locations this service is not available on Sundays and Statutory Holidays.

Return Policy

Tinted Paint is NON-RETURNABLE and cannot be altered. Store credit is not available on tinted paint. Unused supplies may be returned within a 30 day time period to a ColourX location only. Items cannot be returned by mail. Returns can be declined for any reason including if the product appears to have signs of use.
