– Mix well before use.
– If properly stored at temperatures between 5°C(41°F) and 35°C(95°F), shelf life is 12 months
– On application the temperature of the product, the substrate, the coating and the working environment should never fall below 15°C(59°F). Coatings applied at lower temperatures will show chemical and mechanical properties lower than standard performances that can be normally achieved.
– Coating left over (washing waters, waters from spray booths, used coatings) must be disposed of according to local regulations. Never dispose of residues directly into drains.
– Application tools must be cleaned with water after use. When dry films must be removed, AY—M460, special detergent should be used, letting it work overnight and then cleansing with water

– To maximize chemical resistance, you can crosslink at 1% with YC.1402
– For increased adhesion and coverage you can catalyze up to 5%
– If using YC.1400 as catalyst – pot life 3 hours
– If using YC.M404 as catalyst – preferred and offers maximum performance – pot life closer to 4 hours
– 4 hours to sand or recoat
– 2 coats max
– Airless or air assist; Tips: 308, 310 // Kremlin: 06-08
– HVLP (not recommended): thin with 4-6% water. Needle size – 2.0-2.5
– Stackable in 12 hours
– Can go direct on beachwood or maple / NOT direct on Oak or MDF – must be primed first
– Recommended to catalyze when going over existing coatings – improves adhesion
