Catalyst
The Renner Italia™ SOLID 2K Catalyst is a premium product that’s a great compliment to the Renner Italia™ SOLID Water-Based Floor Coatings line of products. This catalyst will help to increase durability and provide a long-lasting coating with proper application and maintenance over time. This catalyst is available in a 0.5 litre size.
Recommended for floor finish only.
Renner, Hardener, Urethane & Floor Finish, Additives, Hardener
– Improves foot traffic resistance and chemical-physical resistance of treated surface – Medium quick drying time – Easy to blend – For glossy topcoats and wood floors – Contains isocyanides – when using product, proper PPE should be worn, ie face mask with proper filters (3M 60926 Multi Gas/Vapour Cartridge/P100 filter)
– Adding the hardener by blending very well with a mechanical mixer. – After long storage period, check and control that product is clear. – Use the product mixed within 3 hours. Do not use the remaining mixed product after such a time. Exceptions to this recommendation must be clearly written on the TDS of the component A. – On application the temperature of the product, the substrate, the coating and the working environment should never fall below 15°C(59°F) Coatings applied at lower temperatures will show chemical and mechanical properties lower than standard performances that can be normally achieved. – Coating left over (washing waters, waters from spray booths, used coatings) must be disposed of according to local regulations. Never dispose residues directly into drains
