– Mix well before use.
– If properly stored at temperatures between 5°C(41°F) and 35°C(95°F), shelf life is 18 months
– On application the temperature of the product, the substrate, the coating and the working environment should never fall below 15°C(59°F). Coatings applied at lower temperatures will show chemical and mechanical properties lower than standard performances that can be normally achieved.
– Coating left overs (washing waters, waters from spray booths, used coatings) must be disposed of according to local regulations. Never dispose residues directly into drains.
– Application tools must be cleaned with water after use. When dry films must be removed, AY—M460, special detergent should be used, letting it work overnight and then cleansing with water

– Longer pot life and sprays out easier in comparison to 648 – especially with HVLP
– 2 coats recommended – 3 coats maximum
– 6-8 mil application; vertical application 6 mil
– Airless or air assist; Tips: 308, 310 // Kremlin: 06-08
– HVLP: Needle size – 1.8-2.5
– 4-hour dry time between coats
– Recommended to only a light sand of the first coat to remove fibers – this ensures you do not break the finish and allow water to get under the coating
– For best results, catalyze with YC.M404 – 5-10% – allows for longer pot life, increases blocking of sugars, better adhesion and fiber blocking (blocks fibers for a smooth finish – raising the grain)
